Ithaca, N.Y. – The 55th-ranked University of Pennsylvania men's tennis team was downed by 28th-ranked Cornell on Friday afternoon.
The Quakers are now 14-9, 0-2 in Ivy League play and are 2-5 on the road this season.

In singles action, Adit Sinha defeated
Kian Vakili due to retirement at No. 2, which extended the Big Red's lead, 2-0.
At No. 1, Papoe picked up a 6-0, 6-4 win over Graziani. From there, Nathan Mao defeated Rutter 6-3, 7-6 at No. 5 to solidify the 4-0 win.
Among matches that did not finish, Sai was in the seventh game of his second set at No. 3,
Aaron Sandler was in the eighth game of his second set at No. 4, and Bharadwaj was in the ninth game of his second set at No. 6.
