One of the many delights of visiting your local Olive Garden is getting a delicious mountain of parmesan grated on top of your pasta, soup, or salad. But did you know you can actually take that cheese grater home with you and replicate that satisfying experience on literally anything you cook? Yep, I’m also pretty surprised to hear it (read: absolutely thrilled).

In a viral video, TikTokker Jordan the Stallion shares that apparently you can walk right into any Olive Garden and purchase their signature cheese grater (and they may even send you home with another special surprise). But if you don’t have an O.G. near you, or you’d rather not venture out, you can order it online, too. Here are all the deets you need to know.

How to Get Olive Garden’s Signature Cheese Grater

According to the TikTok, it’s actually pretty easy to bring a piece of Olive Garden home with you. All you have to do is walk into any restaurant location and request to buy the grater. In his video, Jordan the Stallion showed up at his local O.G. and asked the store manager for one. Not only did he leave the restaurant with the grater; the manager also gave him a container of parmesan cheese to grate at home. (When you’re there, you’re family, right?)

But it’s not just a fun souvenir. It turns out the Olive Garden grater is just an amazing cheese grater in its own right. According to the Zyliss website, the grater is “the restaurant industry’s favorite table-side cheese grater.” It works quickly, without much elbow grease, whether you’re grating hard cheese, chocolate, or nuts. A bonus: You can pop it in the dishwasher when you’re done, and then it folds up so you can easily store it.

In his video, Jordan demonstrates how to put the grater together, and it honestly does look pretty easy. Once you put the cheese in, you just gently turn the wheel, and woah—it’s like you’re tableside at a fancy Italian restaurant. Time to grate to your heart’s content, without worrying about inconveniencing the waitstaff!

While it seems you truly can buy the O.G. cheese grater at any Olive Garden location, no stress if you don’t feel like stopping by. You can also buy the famous frater online at the Zyliss website for $23—parmesan not included. Happy grating!
