The hotel is beautiful, so many great spaces from the beach to the lobby. Staff were super friendly. 

Amazing day!

It's a really beautiful hotel , but don't expect anything special unless you got tons of money waving in your hand. There were no places near the pool that were available to loungeing. And as far as the beach I could have went to any shoreline for free and set in the sand. They only had one hot tub and it was barely warm. The food was okay. But the only person who treated me like they were actually glad to have me there reserve me was an Employee who worked with recreation. Who allowed me to use the bathroom in the gym? So I didn't have to go searching forever. I wish I could remember his name because he was a really courteous. Friendly person. Everybody else could care. I had to walk up to the bar to get my own drinks. And not one person came up to me to offer me anything that was complimentary. I expect it much more from a hilton hotel as I am an honor's member..

Extremely disappointed

I loved the property, the beach access, pool area. I even splurged and got a massage and pedicure. Spa was wonderful+ Breakfast at Spice was delicious and dinner at Pelicana was fine. Only issue were the alcoholic drinks, the one had on the beach and during dinner were watered down or tasted like sublar mocktails (and I tried a variety of drinks). Aside from that I had really nice time and would go back.
