Uribe, 42 with his then-fiance Claudia Solis in June 2008, on his 43th birthday. He weighed approximately 700 pounds in this photo. At his heaviest, he weighed 1,235 pounds. He started dieting in March 2006, and has lost over 570 pounds so far. The couple met four years ago and have been romantically involved for the last two years.
