Vinnie Jones has found love again with Emma Ford – a former model and PA with a very colourful past.

The Taunton-born model was the star of noughties lads channel Men and Motors. She had her own show titled Emma's A-Z Of American Sex and was also a team captain on the gameshow A Question of Sex in 2003 – a cheeky play on BBC's A Question of Sport.

Former footballer-turned-actor Vinnie fell for his personal assistant Emma Ford while filming TV show Vinnie Jones In The Country. The Gentleman star previously said he would never find love again after his wife Tanya died of cancer aged 53 in 2019.

Vinnie's new love Emma was an actress and model, staring in a magazine advert for fashion brand Urban Stone. At the time, the brand was dubbed the "raunchiest of all time" with photos taken by erotic photographer Bob Carlos Clarke, who referred to Emma as his "muse".

Emma and Vinnie share a similar lifestyle as the former footballer celebrates 11 years of sobriety while the former model has also quit drinking. Viewers of Vinnie Jones In The Country have seen the pair grow close on screen with Emma by his side as his patient PA.

The former model was a star of noughties lads channel Men and Motors, which Vinnie helped to launch in 1996. He also presented The Vinnie Jones Show, which would take place from a pub or bar, and would involve Vinnie interviewing celebrities and sports people including Jack Charlton, Robbie Savage and Peter Stringfellow in 1997.

It's not clear whether Emma and Vinnie knew each other before she became his PA. In an exclusive chat with The Mirror, Vinnie opened up on the loss of his wife Tanya and moving on.

He explained: “You know, after four months, four years, five years, 10 years, you just keep moving forwards, the grief is always going to be in there. It's how other things can control it. It's how much the flower can grow and bloom.”

“I think, for me, grief was always black and grey, but it doesn’t have to be. It can be colours and happy memories.” Former model and actress Emma worked as a PA for The Clash rocker Mick Jones before returning to the UK after years spent working in Los Angeles.

The actor described their relationship as “fantastic” and said: “Moving forwards, we meet other people that we are fond of and we fall in love with and vice versa.” Vinnie previously said he wouldn't be able to move on from his late wife following her tragic death.

In an interview in 2019, he said: "She was the light of my life. I will never be with anyone else. I'm a shell. She is the only one... whenever I let myself down, or her down, she was always the strongest, the person who I answered to.

"She wouldn't give me her blessing to meet someone else – I just know her. I can't see it happening, I might have friends or whatever, I would be astonished if that happens. I think I've only got a little way to go until I'm with her, in the spectrum of the universe."
