With my dedicated colleagues, nele hens & Filip Corne, we've been diligently working at Colruyt Group this year, focusing on guiding our top leadership team in navigating the digital landscape. Our objectives? ➡️ Instilling a digital mindset and self-reliance and fostering an agile culture of experimentation whilst taking ownership in each of their roles. During an engaging half-day training session last week, I had the privilege of explaining the 'why,' 'what,' and 'how' of digital transformation, anchored in our 5 key pillars. We delved into tangible use cases and concluded with a hands-on exercise, where leadership members from different businesses skillfully mapped the 16 jobs to be done defined by Vlerick within the Colruyt leadership model. The room was filled with enthusiasm and determination, as we collectively gear up to steer Colruyt into the digital future and confront tomorrow's digital challenges TOGETHER! 💥💪 Thanks for your support Ruben Missinne and connecting the dots with our digital backbone and data story!
