Regeneration Wesker regains 30 hit points at the beginning of his turn if he has at least 1 hit point and isn't in sunlight. If Wesker takes radiant damage, this ability doesn't function for one round.

Legendary Resistance (4/day) If Wesker fails a saving throw, he can choose to succeed instead.

Shapechanger If Wesker isn't in sunlight, he can use his actions to shapeshift into a Vampire Tyrant. While in Tyrant form, his regeneration ability is supressed, his size increases to large, his armor class increases to 20, and he gains a crush attack(detailed below.)

Spider Climb Wesker can climb difficult surfaces, including upside down on ceilings, without needing to make an ability check.

Weaknesses As a Vampire, Wesker has the following weaknesses.

Sunlight Hypersensitivity Wesker takes 15 points of radiant damage at the beginning of his turn if in direct sunlight.

Stake to the Heart If a piercing weapon made of wood is driven into Wesker's heart while incapacitated, he is paralyzed until the stake is removed.

Supernatural Awareness Wesker can take the dodge action as a bonus action on his turn.

Actions

Multiattack. Wesker makes 4 unarmed attacks or 2 unarmed attacks and one power slam.

Unarmed Strike Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit. Reach 5ft, one target. Hit 10 (1d8 +6) bludgeoning damage.

Power Slam The Target must succeed on a DC 20 strength saving throw or take 7 (2d6) bludgeoning damage and be moved 20 feet directly away from Wesker.

Crush (Recharge 5-6) [Only in Tyrant Form] All creatures in a 10 foot line must make a DC 17 Dexterity saving thro6w or take 33 (6d10) bludgeoning damage

Charm The vampire argets one humanoid it can see within 30 feet of it. If the target can see the vampire , the target must succeed on a DC 17 Wisdom saving throw against this magic or be charmed by the vampire. The charmed target regards the vampire as a trusted friend to be heeded and protected. Although the target isn't under the vampire's control, it takes the vampire's requests or actions in the most favorable way it can, and it is a willing target for the vampire's bite attack. Each time the vampire or the vampire's companions do anything harmful to the target, it can repeat the saving throw, ending the effect on itself on a success. Otherwise, the effect lasts 24 hours or until the vampire is destroyed , is on a different plane of existence than the target, or takes a bonus action to end the effect.

Lifestealing Grasp Wesker, when grappling a living creature, can use his bonus action to do 18 (4d8) necrotic damage and gain the damage done as hit points.

Legendary Actions

Wesker can take 5 legendary actions, choosing from the list below. No more than one legendary action option can be used at a time.

Shift (Costs 3 actions) Wesker can shift to or from his Vampire Tyrant form.

Move Wesker moves up to his speed without provoking opportunity attacks.

Slam Wesker makes a Power Slam attack.

Grapple (Costs 2 Actions) Wesker makes a grapple check versus a creature within 5ft.

Homebrewing

If you couldn't tell, this is essentially a 5e conversion of Albert Wesker from the Resident Evil series. I made a few tweaks to him, to make him fit with my campaign, but otherwise based many of his abilities off of his representation in the Resident Evil series. In my lore, the Umbrella Corporation was highly interested in the weaponization of vampirism, and Wesker was the first test subject of their altered version of Vampirism, and acts as a field agent for their shadowy operations.
