First, the dress itself is great. Fits right, not too short, comfortable, durable feeling. second, they have great customer service. There was a delay with shipment, which i was prepared for, considering it was made to order, international, theres a pandemic, and the America specific mail problems right now. The delay was longer than i hoped and i became concerned, bc this was not a small amount for me personally to pay. I decided I'd rather know the dress was coming or just get a refund (i really dont want people going to work if it isnt safe for them). The company was very attentive and helpful and once they were able to return to work they communicated regularly until the dress shipped. They upgraded my shipping, and also sent some adorable sitckers.
