Lindsay Lohan and Bader Shammas Reveal Their Wedding Date in First Anniversary Post

Lindsay Lohan and Bader Shammas just reached another milestone in their relationship. On April 3, 2023, the Mean Girls star and her financier husband celebrated their first wedding anniversary, and they honored the occasion with a joint Instagram post. “April 3, 2023 ❤️,” the couple writes on social media. “1 year today ❤️ Happy Anniversary ☺️.” Along with their caption, the duo uploaded a snap of the two of them wrapping their arms around one another while standing on a cliff overlooking the ocean.

Many of their celebrity friends flocked to the comments section to commemorate the couple’s one-year mark. “Happy Anniversary!❤️ So happy for you!🥰,” Paris Hilton wrote. DJ Steve Aoki also expressed his well wishes. “❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️,” he shared. Designer Christian Siriano exclaimed, “Happy Anniversary!!!!!!”

Although the Herbie Fully Loaded actress and assistant vice president of Credit Suisse privately said “I do” last year, they never confirmed their wedding date. The couple first sparked marriage rumors when Lohan referred to Shammas as her “husband” in an Instagram post on July 2, 2022. “🎂❤️🥰I am the luckiest woman in the world,” she wrote at the time. “You found me and knew that I wanted to find happiness and grace, all at the same time. I am stunned that you are my husband. My life and my everything. ❤️every woman should feel like this everyday 🙏💖.” That same day, a source confirmed to Page Six that the two of them had made it official. “I can confirm Lindsay Lohan is married,” the insider told the publication.

Four months after the news broke that they had tied the knot, Lohan opened up about how married life has been treating her. “It’s great,” she said on The Tonight Show. “I mean, it’s amazing. I met my person. You never know if you’re going to find that in life. And he’s an amazing guy, man, and I love him. And we’re a great team.”

The couple first started dating in November 2020. One year later, they announced their engagement on Instagram by sharing a series of couple shots, while Lohan's diamond engagement ring stood front and center. “My love. My life. My family. Lohan and Shammas are currently gearing up for another life-changing moment. The Falling for Christmas actress revealed on March 14, 2023, that she’s expecting her first child with her husband. Lohan uploaded a photo of a baby onesie engraved with the words “coming soon…” to mark the news. “We are blessed and excited! 🙏🤍👶🍼,” the caption said. The Parent Trap star also told TMZ, “We are looking forward to this next chapter of our lives!”
