When is the best time to visit San Miguel?
The months of November through April feature the best weather. Visiting during the winter or early spring can help you avoid the seriously hot temperatures you’ll experience in May. June through October is the region’s rainy season.
Do I need a rental car?
You definitely do not need a rental car to experience San Miguel. Walking is by far the easiest way to get around the city. If you’d like to visit sites outside the center, Uber, and taxis are both readily available.
