Actor Verne Troyer poses on the red carpet Saturday, March 24, 2012 during the Celebrity Fight Night at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort & Spa in Phoenix, Arizona.

All is well with "Mini Me" Verne Troyer, he says.

Troyer is recovering from a seizure suffered at the Heart of Texas Comic Con in Waco on Saturday, but he tweeted reassurances to his fans.

Best known for playing Mini Me in the Austin Powers movies, Troyer followed up with a video he posted late Saturday, of himself in a hotel bed.

"I'm sure you guys have heard some news that I went to the hospital," the actor said in the video.

"But I just want to reassure you and let everybody know that I'm doing fine. I was there for maybe a couple of hours, did some tests and now I'm here at the hotel."

The Hollywood Reporter and People reported Troyer, 46, was at an autograph-signing event and greeting fans when he suffered the seizure, and was taken to the hospital as a precautionary measure.

HeartofTx sent Troyer a message of support on its Twitter feed.

"We wanted to wish Verne Troyer a speedy recovery. He mentioned that he's doing okay. We look forward to seeing him soon!"
