The Aston Martin Valhalla marks a new frontier for the future of Aston Martin and the world of Formula One racing. Only 999 models of the Valhalla will be produced by the automaker, each of which starting at a minimum price of $800,000. The hypercar is truly one-of-a-kind and will be the first ever Aston Martin to feature a plug-in hybrid powertrain, a beautiful preview into the electric future of ultra-luxury vehicles. And while Aston Martin enthusiasts in San Antonio, Sugarland and across the globe will be saddened to see the eventual discontinuation of gasoline-powered engines like the Superleggera V-12, innovative feats like the Aston Martin Valhalla engine only reflect the exciting potential of hybrid and electric engines like that of the Valhalla.
Underneath the hood of the all-new Valhalla will be a potent twin-turbo 4.0-liter V-8 engine that is actually borrowed from Mercedes-AMG. Paired with the V-8 engine of course will be a 150kW/400V hybrid battery system, which will only further amplify the power of the Aston Martin Valhalla engine. All these elements combined will give way to the most powerful Aston Martin vehicle ever, as the Aston Martin Valhalla horsepower output will be as high as 937 horsepower. And the Aston Martin Valhalla hybrid engine will be able to unleash a dizzying top speed of 217 mph and fly from 0-62 mph in just a span of 2.5 seconds. The light-weight carbon fiber structure design of the Valhalla will assist in making the unfathomable speed of this hypercar a reality, and its adjustable adaptive dampers and two-stage springs can be switched to ultra-low mode for unparalleled performance on the track.
The automotive world is greatly anticipating the release of the Valhalla, which will be set to roll out sometime later in 2023. And while there will be a very limited production of the Valhalla, there is a great inventory of new Aston Martin vehicles to be discovered at our dealer near The Woodlands.
