If there are no lights on the gateway:
- Make sure the power cord is connected securely into the back of the gateway and into a working power outlet.
If it's plugged into a power bar, make sure the power bar is turned on.
- If there are still no lights on the gateway, call 1.800.SASKTEL (1.800.727.5835) for technical support (hours, menu options) to report the problem. We may need to replace the gateway.
