2Wire, Pace, or ARRIS gateway: No lights

If there are no lights on the gateway:

  1. Make sure the power cord is connected securely into the back of the gateway and into a working power outlet.

    If it's plugged into a power bar, make sure the power bar is turned on.

  2. If there are still no lights on the gateway, call 1.800.SASKTEL (1.800.727.5835) for technical support (hours, menu options) to report the problem. We may need to replace the gateway.
