Who We Are

We are an experienced Speech Language Pathologist and Business Consultant who are ready to help you!

Carrie and Matthew Fleming are the founders of Six Way Solutions, Inc. Married for almost 28 years, they believe in family and giving back to the community. Starting Six Way Solutions, Inc. was a way to give back to the pediatric therapist Entrepreneur. As the founders of Fleming Therapy Services, Inc. located throughout Northern Virginia, Carrie and Matt started, grew, developed, and scaled the largest privately owned Pediatric Therapy Company in Northern Virginia. They focused on customer care above all else and are known for using a Meerkat as the company’s mascot. Under their leadership, care and guidance, Fleming Therapy stretched from Richmond to Chantilly and across Northern Virginia to Alexandria. Finally, Fleming Therapy spread up and down I-95 including Lorton, Woodbridge, Stafford and Fredericksburg. Fleming Therapy provided service to families from Virginia, DC and Maryland.

Based on their business model they received multiple offers over the years to sell. At the end of 2018, just after 14 years of business, with 7 offices and about 100 employees, Carrie and Matt agreed to the acquisition of Fleming Therapy. After the sale, Carrie and Matt also agreed to stay on and assist in the integration of Fleming Therapy and to help share their secrets of information technology management.

They reside in Stafford, VA and are the proud parents of six children.
