I was in and out within 30 minutes. The nurse and Dr. were very thorough and informative as to what i needed to do.

I was seen right in time and the doctors and staff are great but problems coordinating with your lab was a problem. This visit the tech did not run all tests requested by your doctors. Last time your lab was closed when I was released to go down to it so never had any lab work done that visit. Otherwise a very good experience.

I have been seeing Dr. Mercado for over twenty years. I have never failed to receive excellent care. She always listens to my concerns and addresses them.

Because I did not have to wait for 2 or 3 hrs. to see the doctor. Plus they were very informative and efficient. Was glad to get in and out within a reasonable time. That does not normally happen. Especially with my Cardiologist. I can arrive early and they take me in early, which is great, but it still takes approx. 2 hrs, after the appointment time, to see the Dr. I understand that there might be emergencies, but at least let the patients know.
