Pamela Tirado is a 2023 graduate of the LL.M. in National and Global Health Law program.
She is particularly interested in health policy and social justice as well as bioethics and genomics.
Prior to her time at Georgetown, she served as a judge advocate (JAG) for the U.S. Coast Guard in the Office of Member Advocacy and Office of General Law for four years of active duty. Tirado spent another four years in other legal and non-legal work, including operations, policy, and immigration law. Now, as a civilian, she works as a lead information attorney.
Tirado holds a B.A. in psychology from George Mason University and a J.D. from Howard University School of Law.
