Our favorite Poke spot up here in the northside! The portions are always generous and the fish quality has always been good. We continually come time and time again when we are craving poke. The flavors of their poke bowls really compliment each other. You definitely get to taste the fish since its not too heavily seasoned and the rice is quite soft and easy to eat. It's just a very pleasant eating experience overall.
Please give them a try and support them! It's one of the best poke spots in WA in my opinionHelpful 1Thanks 1Love this 1Oh no 0 - 61210255Jan 22, 2023Updated review
Another Uber Eats delivery this week. Fast and efficient with having the food prepped and tasting amazing!
Their combo meals -- you can change up the sides: steamed veggies, macaroni salad, steamed rice, or a salad. I got the Chicken Katsu and it is one of the best Katsu chicken I've had! Warm, tender and crunchy but not oily -- seriously I would get it again! Loved the Geisha poke bowl too. Flavors of their dishes really blend well together.Helpful 1Thanks 1Love this 0Oh no 0Jan 15, 2023Previous reviewI've had Hani Hani a few times. Always fresh and very flavorful food! Recently, I tried the Korean fried rice that has kalbi beef and chicken -- mild spice but if you have many bites, it can start to feel more than mild!
Their poke bowls are super filling and are really good portion sizes for how much it is. I think they still close at 7PM which is a bit unfortunate and they only do take-out still but I definitely recommend them! - Laurel N.Mukilteo, WA114Mar 9, 2024
Tasty Ramen!! Between my family and I, we've tried nearly all their menu items. The poke is tasty and fresh. The ramen is delicious with choices between pork, chicken, steak, shrimp and vegetarian. Great flavors and ramen noodles that are cooked to the right consistency. I highly recommend Hani Hani!!

This place has a little bit of everything. There's teriyaki, korean short ribs, Hawaiian plate meals, sashimi bowls, ramen, etc. it was our first time, and the table next to us were new to the restaurant too. We all ordered different dishes and everyone really enjoyed their meal. Our curry noodles were mildly spicy and the geisha bowl had a good selection of ingredients. The meal was just a little over $30. It was self-serve, and the food came out quickly.

Love of a man takes me to Mukilteo these days and my daughters love for Poke got us into this little local strip joint ( next to Subway) DIAMOND!
Tastes smells and feels exactly like Hawaii . So fresh, so quick , clean and we're going back for more!Helpful 1Thanks 1Love this 2Oh no 0 - Dec 14, 20225 check-ins
What a great little place and I mean little. Seating for maybe only 15 or so diners. The menu is fairly diverse with mainly Asian choices. The menu has Ramen, Poke and other standard dishes. I had the Kahuna Poke bowl and the fish quality was excellent with just the right texture and flavors that compliment each other and not complete with each other. My daughter had the Tonkatsu Ramen and it was quite the generous portion of both Katsu and Ramen. The broth for the Ramen was perfectly seasoned with the noodle texture that is done right bit of chewiness and ready to absorb the flavors from the broth. We are in the area multiple times a week and always looking for a good place to grab a bite before practice and this is now one of our favorites. It appears that most of their business comes from take out. If you happen to be up in the Mukilteo area this place is definitely worth a try.

Updating this review as I have been back twice since I posted and can't say my experience was the same.
The first time I went back I ordered the same as I did before (regular bowl with all the toppings and the spicy mayo sauce) I was the only customer and stood by the door since the sign asking guests to wait outside was not there anymore. It felt awkward and I wish I would have waited outside. My order was out in a few minutes and I went home. When I opened my bowl, everything looked great, but it wasn't until I tried to take a bite that I realized that there was no sauce to be found on it. It's like they skipped the spicy mayo and just put the fish and toppings on the dry bed of lettuce and rice.. I figured it was a simple mistake so I just ended up mixing up my own concoction at home (srirancha, mayo, splash of soy sauce and honey) and didn't bother saying anything.
A few weeks later I decided to give them another try, assuming they couldn't forget the sauce again. I made sure I said spicy mayo just in case I somehow didn't say it loud enough or jumbled it with the rest of my order last time, and he took my order quietly. Got my food and went home again. This time I checked for sauce, and while there was something this time, it was certainly the tiniest splash of sauce to give the fish just a tiny bit of sheen but it still felt like I was eating lettuce straight out of a bag when I tried to eat it.
Now I'm wondering if little sauce is the standard and I just got lucky with a generous portion the first time I went (see photo of my first bowl there, especially the marinated fish), or if I'm somehow deemed not worth sauce anymore :(Helpful 5Thanks 1Love this 0Oh no 0Apr 22, 2021Previous reviewJust moved to the neighborhood and have been wanting to try this place. A friend and I were working nearby so we decided to stop by for lunch and I'm so glad we did! The service was quick and efficient, and we waited outside for our food to be brought out to us when it was ready.
I ordered a regular (3 meat) poke bowl with salmon, tuna, and yellowtail, and got it over rice and mixed greens, spicy crab salad, and all the toppings. The portion size was filling, flavors were bright and delicious, and all of the toppings were fresh and flavorful.
Currently there are no tables for eat-in service; it's take out only. You can order at the counter right when you walk in, and they request that you wait outside for your order and will bring it out to you when it's ready. This was nice, because there was another group who had ordered before us and it would have been a bit of a tight squeeze if they were standing inside waiting for their food at the same time.
I'm excited to be living nearby, because I certainly will be back again (and again) for poke! - Krichelle C.Marysville, WA022Sep 13, 2023
Went here for lunch with my husband, it's $17-18 for a large & $15-16 for a regular.
What I think was inappropriate was that, while ordering our poke bowls at the cash register, the cooks were looking over the cashiers shoulder & making the order... my food was made before I paid, before I finished my order.... & it wasn't made correctly. Company risks: what if the customer doesn't have sufficient funds, what if the customer changes their mind on what they want in their bowl? But all good, if you want to waste food & your money, alright.
Anyways, besides poor business decisions. They swapped all the toppings between me & my husbands bowl, so it confused us which bowl was which.... however, the cashier insisted this was "my bowl" when it 1000% wasn't.
The service was a mess, the food was a mess, their spicy crab salad wasn't good, the salmon was disappointing, they barely put rice in the bowl. This used to be our top place to go but it seems like new owners?? - never going back here again.
Travel to Mill Creek for Poke! Mukilteo is off.Helpful 1Thanks 1Love this 0Oh no 1 - Jacob S.Everett, WA400112Mar 29, 2023
Good service and decent prices. The katsu chicken is breaded well. The poke bowls are a good amount of portions as well. Also oddly fast service. The tip portion is quite awkward. They should have a button for to go and dine in.
Consider this a place to try if your leaving work (Boeing) or from the area. Not too many "hawaiin" style places around.Helpful 1Thanks 1Love this 0Oh no 0
