Rd 2 Maybe Sunny. Faster combat speed, better agility, his denser alloy allowed him to get through a protective field that sliced through another NS-5 like butter. I think his strength is enough
Honestly it's an equal match in round 1. The Ultron Sentries and NS-5 robots are both just grunts used in a robot uprising, both are relatively weak individually (Del Spooner took many of the NS-5s out with a machine gun, while Hawkeye's arrows could damage Ultron Sentries badly.). If an army of them fought, on the other hand, with Viki in command of the NS-5s and Ultron Prime in command of the Ultron Sentries, then Ultron would win.
