This 1963 Dodge M37 is a ¾-ton 4×4 pickup that was designed for military use, has spent time in New Mexico and Texas, and was refurbished before being acquired by the selling dealer in January 2024. Finished in blue with yellow US Air Force–style lettering over vinyl and canvas upholstery, the truck is powered by a 230ci inline-six linked with a four-speed manual transmission and a dual-range transfer case. Equipment includes wood bed-side rails, a tan canvas bed top, a pintle hitch, body-color 16″ steel wheels, and a CB radio as well as an ax, a pickax, and a shovel mounted to the tailgate. This M37 B1 is now offered with manufacturer’s literature, a restoration guide, magazines, service records, and a clean Texas title.

Previously adorned with US Army lettering and painted yellow and later green, the truck was repainted blue with yellow US Air Force–style lettering under prior ownership. A solar charger is affixed to the windshield cowl and a fuel caddy to the right-front fender. Other exterior details include running boards, lights, reflectors, and a rear pintle hitch. An ax, a pickax, and a shovel are attached to the tailgate. The bed features wood side rails that fold down for seating as well as removable hoops with a tan canvas top. An engine-starting crank is routed through the front bumper. The left-side windshield is cracked.

The three-spoke steering wheel is cracked and the center cap is taped, and it is equipped with a brodie knob. Centrally located instrumentation consists of a 60-mph speedometer and gauges for voltage, coolant temperature, fuel level, and oil pressure. The five-digit odometer shows 24k miles, less than 10 of which were added by the selling dealer. Total mileage is unknown.

The 230ci T245 L-head inline-six was factory rated at 78 horsepower and is augmented by a single downdraft carburetor, a 24-volt electrical system, and a 25-gallon fuel tank. An oil change was performed most recently in 2023.
