Commentary
AV speaker system developed in pursuit of compact size, high sound quality and design that harmonizes with interior.
A 13 cm cone type woofer is installed in the low range.
This unit uses PP cone mixed with high-purity Indian white mica (mica) to obtain natural sound quality.
A 2.5 cm soft dome type tweeter using a Egyptian cotton as a diaphragm is mounted in the high range.
For the magnetic circuit of each unit, A ・ MAG type antimagnetic circuit developed by Yamaha is adopted.
In this system, the balance point of the magnetic flux distribution in the magnetic circuit is determined by repeating computer simulation, and the canceling magnet is magnetized under the optimized magnetized magnetic flux distribution, and combined and bonded with the main magnet.
As a result, the magnetic shielding type magnetic circuit of the conventional ferrite magnet improves the S/N feeling and the sound loss.
The enclosure uses MDF and is designed to have an internal volume that is balanced with the woofer diameter. The structure uses a bass reflex system, and the bass reflex port on the rear baffle improves the low-frequency quality.
In addition, the sound image localization is improved by the inline center arrangement in which the unit is set in the center.
The exterior has a wine walnut finish.
